We ship Monday through Wednesday (excluding holidays) to avoid delays over the weekend.

Orders placed on Monday through Wednesday are processed as soon as possible and ready to ship within the same week (If Possible). Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Unfortunately, in the near future. Currently, we are only covering 50 states, including Puerto Rico.

Before packing, we check the local weather to ensure it is suitable for the plantlets. In the winter months, we include heat packs and insulation for free when the temperature drops below a certain level.

Once an order is placed, there is no cancellation or refund. All sales are final—no returns or exchanges.

I package all plantslets with care. Again, all sales are final. I’m not responsible for loss or damage of the package. We are not responsible for any shipping-related damage.
If your plant is dead/damaged upon arrival, please send me an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery. I will refund or replace the dead/damaged plantlet. Shipping can cause minor stress and damage to the plantlets, even with the most careful packaging.
